Stowe Holdings (PTY) LTD, are pleased to welcome Thiemo Borsutzky, who was appointed to the position of Field Engineering Manager on the 1st of August 2005 and will be based at our Cape Town, RSA offices. Pre-Stowe, Thiemo was posted in Angola with Halliburton Energy Services, one of the worlds’ largest oil service companies.

Thiemo Borsutzky & Allan Vercueil facing the challenge together

Thiemo graduated as an Electronics Engineer in 1995 from the University of Cape Town, but not before completing his Electricians apprenticeship followed by gaining further qualifications in heavy current electronics in Germany. He is highly experienced in his field and we are proud to have him aboard.

Thiemo takes over from our previous Engineering Manager, Allan Vercueil, who has taken on the position of Research Manager in our Technology Division. Allan has been with Stowe since 1997 and is highly respected in his field, not only for his technical skills, but also for the high level of commitment and loyalty he has shown over the past eight years. We also take this opportunity to wish him every success in his new position

Thiemo’s appointment is yet another step towards Stowe’s long-term goal to maintain and improve its industry offer as a professional service provider to all aspects of our customers’ engineering requirements. Not only those related to our proprietary site system products, but also to peripheral, 3rd party equipment, other expert devices and previously competitive site systems & products.

Recent successes include Stowe being appointed as a single point-of-contact to some of our customers’ site automation projects (as well as the necessary maintenance and supporting services thereto), has now established renewed confidence to further invest in our resources, infrastructures and expertise.
