Alien software Alien Software has recently appointed Stowe Holdings (Pty) Ltd as the official Support and Maintenance Provider to their petroleum and retail clients.

Stowe will provide telephonic support services to Alien clients 24 hours a day, with an optional Field Services element for clients requiring on-site support. Such support services will commence on 1 September 2014 with Stowe’s Service Desk trained to undertake remote diagnostics on the new software.
With more than 7 years within the POS and ERP environment, Alien Software services clients across multiple industries (via a single user interface) including forecourt, retail, pharmacy, fleet management and franchises. Their offer includes countless features including its ability to work in ‘online’ and ‘offline’ modes, negating the need for costly disaster recovery systems. Their software does not involve initial outlay, but they do charge a monthly Service Fee for database hosting, backups and support.

Supporting competitive brand software is nothing new to Stowe, with the brand agnostic Service Provider choosing to train and accredit itself on any software their client believes will operate best within their business.
