As a key acknowledgement of its annual business-year review, Stowe Holdings (Pty) Ltd recognizes nominations from its work force that are evaluated and selected against the highest standards of work performance, dedication and loyalty to the Stowe Team, as well as the individual’s drive & contribution towards the Company’s business image, performance and general successes.
This year Lesego Sibi (Centurion, RSA) and Nathan Viljoen (Cape Town, RSA) received the Chairman’s Award for Performance & Excellence for 2014, out of total of 10 nominations from the Company’s regional offices.
Candidates are nominated by their peers and colleagues and this year’s finalists, besides Lesego,and Nathan, included Morne Strydom, Stowe’s Regional Manager for the Eastern Cape region and stationed in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
Lesego Sibi 
Lesego studied in Computer Typing Skills and Computer Engineering, whereafter he gained experience as an I.T. Technician, before he joined Stowe in September 2012. During his √employ he received a spot bonus as a token of recognition for his efforts and commitment to the Company. This was specifically related to his excellent performance as a junior Technician in the NetPOS Team, whilst only being employed with the company for seven months.
Nathan Viljoen
Nathan studied Computer Engineering and gained experience in the I.T. industry by working for various companies, before he joined Stowe in February 2013 in the capacity as an IT Support Technician. In July 2014 he took-on the expansive role as Applications Administrator/ IT Support Technician, while during his time at Stowe he also completed and achieved Certificates in ITIL Polestar ITSM Simulation and ESET Remote Administrator Version 6. Nathan’s future goal is to achieve a Degree in Information Systems.
Nathan and Lesego are the 23rd and 24th recipients, respectively of this reward and have joined the ranks of their predecessors on Stowe’s “Wall of Excellence”, dedicated to formally acknowledge the Company’s employees that proudly stood out amongst their peers.
