2017 left the ICT sector shaken by the radically revised BEE codes. Many companies like Stowe dropped from potential Level 1s to Level 4s. We have had to adopt an equally radical transformation plan and a year later, we are pleased to share these results today. To achieve a Level 3 in this challenging sector with 55,5% Black ownership, of which 51% is Black Woman-owned, is highly regarded and we remain committed to improving year on year.
